When access to your property or tanks is more difficult than expected or is the norm, one or more additional difficulty fees might apply to allow for the additional time it takes to get your water to you and where you need it.   

You will be advised by the team if this is the case and how many Additional Difficulty fees might apply to your delivery.

To avoid this fee the easiest way is to review the setup of your tanks to ensure a simple fill method is available to our drivers.
