What we assess
We inspect accessible tank areas and examine a collected water sample for visible condition.
Primary tank assessment, with other connected tanks noted where practical. Anything inaccessible is recorded as not inspected. No tank entry, roof or gutter inspection.
What you receive
Your report records what we observed, includes photos where access allows and identifies whether cleaning, a water top-up or both should be considered.
If we do not see an immediate maintenance concern, we say so. Any paid work is separate and only arranged with your approval.
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation to book cleaning or water. Standalone checks are scheduled on our local service runs, subject to availability and safe access. Submitting the form is a request; we contact you to confirm timing.
No. We confirm permission and safe external access before attending. You do not need to know your tank capacity.
No. Visual inspection cannot identify bacteria, viruses or chemical contaminants. If we observe a concern, we flag it for appropriate follow-up rather than certify the water as safe.
