Full payment is required before collection or delivery. Delivery is generally to the front of the property unless otherwise arranged. Equipment remains the hirer's responsibility during the hire period, and items should be returned clean and packed as supplied.

Can I book party hire equipment online?
Yes. For straightforward hires, choose the product, quantity and available hire period online. Send an enquiry when you need help combining items, checking quantities, arranging delivery or adding catering.
What hire periods are available?
Most current equipment offers 1-day, 3-day and 7-day hire options. Longer periods may be available by arrangement and subject to availability.
Do you deliver and collect?
Yes, local delivery and collection can be arranged for an additional fee. Standard delivery is to the front of the property unless another arrangement is confirmed. Tell us about stairs, slopes, gates or long carries before quoting.
Do you set up the equipment?
Most bookings are equipment-only. Setup or pack-down assistance may be available for suitable jobs by prior arrangement, with additional fees depending on the equipment, site and time required.
Do I need to clean the equipment before return?
Yes. Equipment should be returned clean and packed as supplied. Items returned unclean, including food warmers or fridges, may incur a cleaning fee under the hire terms.
What happens if an item is lost or damaged?
The hirer is responsible for equipment from collection or delivery until it is returned. Lost, damaged or missing items may be charged at replacement cost. Contact us immediately if something goes wrong.
Can heaters and electrical equipment be used outdoors?
Only use equipment in the conditions stated on the product page and operating instructions. LPG heaters are for outdoor or well-ventilated areas, and electrical items must be kept dry and connected safely.
Is LPG included with outdoor heater hire?
No. LPG bottles are not included with the current outdoor heater hire price, but suitable gas bottles can be arranged separately through the General Store.
Can I combine equipment hire with catering?
Yes. Order straightforward catering online or use the enquiry form for a combined brief involving food, hire equipment, delivery, setup or an Emerald function.
How far ahead should I book?
Book as soon as your date and approximate requirements are known, particularly for weekends, warmer months and community event periods. Availability varies by product and quantity.
