Our delivery fleet & property access guide.
From compact deliveries through tighter Hills properties to bulk water, firewood and landscape loads, our local fleet gives us practical options for different products, volumes and access conditions.
📏
Vehicle dimensions are not minimum driveway dimensions.Every truck needs clearance beside and above the vehicle, plus room to turn, position and leave safely. If your access is borderline, contact us before ordering.
Quick comparison
Choose the right vehicle for the job.
The product, volume, property access and route all affect which vehicle we send. These measurements are approximate and are provided to help you identify possible access problems early.

- Household tank and drinking-water supply
- Pool and spa fills
- Commercial, rural and worksite water
Capacities are practical guides only. The legal and safe load for a particular delivery depends on product weight and density, moisture, load distribution, vehicle configuration and operating conditions. We select and load the vehicle accordingly.
Before delivery day
Will the truck fit safely?
Access is not just the width of the gate. A loaded truck must be able to enter, reach a safe delivery position and leave without damaging the property or putting people, vehicles or the truck at risk.
Gate & driveway widthAllow extra clearance on both sides—not just the listed truck width.
Overhead clearanceCheck branches, cables, eaves and other obstacles along the entire route.
Turning roomConsider corners, gate angles, reversing space and the room needed to exit.
Ground & gradientSoft shoulders, wet ground, steep slopes and slippery surfaces may be unsuitable.
Delivery pointTell us where the tank, stockpile or unloading area is and the practical hose run.
Gates, pets & vehiclesOpen required gates and clear parked cars, animals and other obstacles.
Unsure about access?
Before ordering, send or bring us clear photos of the driveway entrance, gate, tight corners, overhead trees, turning area and final delivery point. Measurements are even better. Our driver always makes the final safety decision on site.

Common questions
Fleet and access FAQs.
Are the listed dimensions the exact clearance required?
No. They are approximate vehicle dimensions. Safe access requires extra space beside and above the truck, as well as turning and positioning room.
Do you now have two large water trucks?
Yes. We operate two 13,000L water trucks with the same approximate dimensions. Each carries up to 13,000L per trip.
What if a 13,000L water truck cannot reach my tank?
Rocky, our 5,000L water option, is smaller and may suit tighter properties. It is still a truck and must have safe access. Contact us before ordering if access is uncertain.
Can I choose which truck delivers?
You can tell us about your access and delivery requirements. We select the suitable available vehicle based on product, load, route and safety.
Why don't you provide a product-weight calculator?
Bulk product weights change with material type, particle size and moisture. Safe loading also depends on the vehicle and load distribution. We calculate this operationally rather than asking customers to rely on an approximate online payload figure.
Does the driver have the final say on access?
Yes. Even where measurements appear suitable, the driver must assess ground, slope, obstacles, turning room and unloading conditions on arrival.
Not sure which delivery option suits?
Call our local team with the product or water volume you need, your suburb and any property-access concerns. Photos and measurements can help us plan the right vehicle before dispatch.
