Our pulled brisket is cooked over 14 hours until tender, rich and full of flavour, then pulled into juicy strands and packed into a foil catering tray for easy serving. It is a hearty catering option for family gatherings, work lunches, team dinners, parties and casual events where you want something generous, simple and satisfying.

Serve it straight from the tray with fresh rolls, roast vegetables, salads, chips, slaw or sauce tubs from our catering range. It also works beautifully as a build-your-own brisket roll option for groups.
