The quick answer

Which water delivery should I choose?

Choose 5,000L when access is tighter or you need a smaller top-up. Choose 13,000L when you have suitable truck access and want more water in a single delivery. If timing is critical or you are unsure whether a truck can safely reach the fill point, call us before ordering on (03) 5944 3310.

Choose your delivery

5,000L or 13,000L?

The right option is not only about tank size. Property access, turning room, delivery timing and the location of your fill point can matter just as much.

Maximum water per trip
13,000L

Larger fills with fewer trips

Our specialist water truck carries up to 13,000L and is well suited to larger tank fills, pools, rural properties and site water where access allows.

  • Up to 13,000L in a single delivery
  • Efficient for larger tanks and pool fills
  • Suitable for rural and site requirements
  • Current average lead time is around 1–3 business days

From order to tank

How water cartage delivery works

A little information about your property at checkout makes the delivery easier to plan and helps us send the right vehicle.

1

Choose your size

Select 5,000L for smaller or tighter-access deliveries, or 13,000L where you want a larger load and access suits the water truck.

2

Place the order

Order online, or call us first if timing, access or the amount required is unclear.

3

Add access notes

Tell us about gates, driveway width, branches, turning room, fill-point location and anything unusual about the property.

4

We position safely

Our driver assesses the approach, positions the truck safely and runs the hose to the agreed fill point.

5

Water is delivered

We complete the scheduled fill and move on to the next property on the delivery run.

Property access

The truck has to reach the tank safely

A water order can be simple, but a full truck is large and heavy. Access is the biggest thing to think about before booking.

The larger-volume option for properties with suitable access, turning room and overhead clearance.

Before delivery day

Six access details worth checking

If any of these are borderline, tell us before the truck is dispatched. It is much easier to plan the right vehicle than solve an access problem at the gate.

1
Gate & driveway width

Allow enough room for the vehicle itself plus safe clearance on each side.

2
Overhead clearance

Look for branches, cables, eaves and other low obstacles along the route.

3
Turning room

A truck needs room to enter, position and leave without unsafe manoeuvring.

4
Surface & gradient

Soft ground, steep slopes and wet or slippery surfaces can change what is safe for a loaded truck.

5
Fill point & hose run

Tell us where the tank connection is and how far it sits from the safest truck position.

6
Gates, pets & vehicles

Open required gates and keep pets, cars and other obstacles clear of the delivery route.

How much water?

Match the load to what you actually need

You do not necessarily need to fill an entire tank. Think about your available storage, current water level and how quickly the property normally uses water.

5K

Smaller top-up

5,000L can be a useful buffer when the tank is getting low or when access favours the smaller truck.

13K

Larger tank fill

13,000L makes sense when you have the storage capacity and suitable access for the larger truck.

+

Multiple tanks

If you have more than one tank or need a larger total volume, check the current water-cartage options or contact us before ordering.

Water delivery questions

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can you deliver water?

Our current 5,000L service generally operates at around a 24-business-hour turnaround, while the 13,000L service is currently averaging around 1–3 business days. These are typical guides rather than guaranteed arrival times because demand and route availability change. If timing is critical, call before ordering.

Should I order 5,000L or 13,000L?

Choose 5,000L for smaller top-ups or when property access is tighter. Choose 13,000L when you have suitable access, enough tank or pool capacity and want more water in a single delivery.

Can you deliver drinking water?

Yes, our water cartage is used for household drinking-water supply. Remember that water quality after delivery also depends on the cleanliness and condition of your tank, pipework and filtration system.

Can you fill swimming pools?

Yes. Pool and spa fills or top-ups are common uses for bulk water delivery, subject to suitable truck access and a safe place to discharge the water.

What if the large water truck cannot reach my tank?

Our 5,000L setup is the better place to start for tighter access. If you are unsure, check the Delivery Fleet page or call us with the driveway and tank details before ordering.

How close does the truck need to get to the tank?

The truck needs a safe place to stop with a practical hose run to the fill point. Tell us the approximate distance and any access constraints when ordering so the delivery can be planned properly.

Do I need to be home?

Not always, provided access is arranged and the correct tank and fill point are completely clear from your delivery instructions. If there is any ambiguity about gates, tank location or access, being available can help avoid a failed delivery.

Do you deliver outside Upper Beaconsfield?

Yes. We deliver across a wider local area including Beaconsfield, Berwick, Harkaway, Narre Warren North and East, Officer, Pakenham, Lysterfield, Dewhurst, Emerald, Guys Hill, Cockatoo and surrounding communities. Check current delivery availability for your address when ordering.
